Samsung is rumored to be adopting the new ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner in its upcoming Galaxy S10, and now reports suggest that the South Korean giant as a part of promotional strategy, is planning to make similar implementations to mid-range smartphones.
Smartphone makers are looking for adopting to new rage In-display fingerprint scanners due to the popularity, as well as it brings back the fingerprint scanner to the front without compromising on the big screens.
Samsung is the new company to join the bandwagon, and reports reveal that both Qualcomm and MediaTek are leading the way when it comes to in-display implementations. But Samsung chose to stick to Qualcomm due to the higher standard of quality.
